Member Requirements, Rules, and Regulations
- Parents and dancers must read and sign the Elite Performing Company (EPC) Policies & Guidelines.
- The time commitment from company members is higher than regular classes and attendance to all classes is mandatory and essential. If the student misses more than 3 classes in a month (with the exceptions of medical reasons) they will need to do make-ups or schedule privates to make sure they are current with choreography. If a member is unable to attend they must phone and inform the school prior to their class.
- Be prepared for extra classes and rehearsals to be scheduled on weekends and over breaks, holidays and summer.
- Additional workshops and conventions will be available to EPC members. Some of these workshops/conventions will be mandatory, while others will be optional. A schedule of mandatory/optional events will be provided as will a list of fees.
- You must arrange to get your child to all performances and be willing to attend some meetings with the teachers.
- All members of EPC are expected to dress and behave in an appropriate manner befitting a company member. We are supportive and encouraging of all company members and to all other performers, whenever, wherever we encounter them. We will always endeavor to be role models of sportsmanship at whatever event we attend.
