CALLING ALL DADS! (moms, grandmas, grandpas or guardians!)

Dance Elite’s 2026 recital will be held on June 20, 2026 at Lake Washington High School Performing Arts Center!

Come and be a part of Dance Elite's Annual Dads Dance!

Dads (or any parent/guardian wishing to participate) will perform in our recital the weekend of June 21st. Dads will perform their OWN dance and then be joined at the end by their dancer(s)! You won’t want to miss the opportunity to be on stage and share a special moment with your dancer!
 
You will perform in whichever show(s) your child is in!
 
This is a fun and easy dance and even better...No skills required!

Cost: $50 per Dad
 
Because of rehearsal space, all dads must register before the first rehearsal so we can plan accordingly.

SHOW ATTIRE: Costume TBD!  (Kids will wear their costumes, if they have more than one they can choose)

**First three practice times listed below are set and for ALL DADS regardless of which show you're in**
Sunday, April 12th - 12:30pm - 1:30pm (Dads only)
Sunday, April 26th - 12:30pm - 1:30pm (Dads only)
Sunday, May 10th - 12:30 - 1:30pm (Dads only)

Saturday, May 16th (Dads Only)
   - 12:00 - 1:00pm (Show 1)
   - 1:00 - 2:00pm (Show 2)
   - 2:00 - 3:00pm (Show 3)

Saturday, May 30th - (Dads and Dancers) 
   - 12:00 - 1:00pm (Show 1)
   - 1:00 - 2:00pm (Show 2)
   - 2:00 - 3:00pm (Show 3)

Sunday, June 14th - (Dads and Dancers) 
   - 12:00 - 12:30pm (Show 1)
   - 12:30- 1:00pm (Show 2)
   - 1:00 - 1:30pm (Show 3)

**we ask that you attend as many rehearsals as possible. No more than 2 absences are allowed to ensure all participants are prepared for show!**


PICTURE DAY
Thursday, June 4th - 6:30pm (PICTURE ONLY Dads and Dancers)

Parents are free to Meet at 13th St Pub & Eatery 30 minutes prior for a pre-rehearsal get together! 

*Dress Rehearsal for Dads Dance will be held during Tech Rehearsal the week of show. More details to come

**Choreography will be videotaped and uploaded to our Dance Elite Google Drive! Make sure to check it out and review it at home!
